uggested edit: Farm Road 945 is a long winding road. The first community you come to is the Pleasant Grove Community, just a Church now , but did have a school house ( which consolidated with Magnolia in the late 1930's). Drive a mile or so comes the Magnolia community. Can also say Everitt, Texas or Everitt community. Everitt had a Post Office -which closed in the 1930's.
A mile or two farther down the road comes the Evergreen community, or Evergreen, Texas.
This Evergreen, no where near Hildago county. San Jacinto County developed in 1870/71. The first census is 1880. Ancestors I find in the 1860 or 1870 are in Polk county. San Jacinto was cut out of Polk, Walker maybe Montgomery counties maybe even a bit of Liberty County.
