Charles Gong
Havre--Charles Gong, 46, co-owner and operator of the Boston Cafe, died in a Havre hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Holland and Bonine Funeral Home.
Gong was born Aug. 18, 1912, in China. He was married in China in 1927 to Mar Mee Gin.
He enlisted in the army at Havre in 1942 and served overseas. He was discharged in 1945.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, John, Gene and Jimmy; a daughter, Penny, all of Havre; and two brothers, Richard and William, in California.
