The wife of George Adams, of Cayuga, died at 8 o'clock on last Thursday night, and was interred on Friday afternoon. She was sick only a few days. Her ailment was inflammation of the stomach. She leaves 4 or 5 little children, who are all down with the whooping cough. The husband, who has been on the sick list more or less since last fall, has the deep sympathy of his numerous friends in his sore affliction.
