Survived by stepmother, Mrs. Louis Whaley of Florida; six sons, P C Whaley of Maryville, Isaac, Jay, Guy, and Roy Whaley of Sevierville and Rufus Whaley of Cleveland; 4 daughters, Miss Julia Whaley, Mrs. Byrd Ogle and Bertha Plemons of Sevierville and Stella Ogle of Knoxville; 2 sisters, Marinda Whaley of Knoxville and Sallie Whaley of Sevierville; three halfsisters, four halfbrothers; 49 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
