Mrs. Elenora Reever Ferree, wife of Samuel Ferree, died at 11 o'clock this morning at her home at this place (Jacobus). Death was caused by a complication of diseases, following an illness since last October. She was aged 79 years, four months, and 22 days.

Surviving besides her husband are ten children, Mrs. Mazie Krout, Glen Rock; Mrs. William Darr, this place; Eli Ferree, Glen Rock R.D.; John P. Ferree, Spry; Samuel Ferree, this place; Daniel Ferree, Spry; Mrs. Allen Miller, Seven Valleys R.D.; Mrs. Roy Raver, Yoe; Spurgeon Ferree, this place, and Mrs. Paul Lehman, Loganville; 52 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and a step-daughter, Mrs. John Ness, Spry.

The funeral will be held Monday, with brief services at the house at 10 am, and further services at the local Evangelical Church, of which she was a faithful member. Interment will be made in the cemetery adjoining the church. Funeral Director N. J. Leader, this place has charge of the arrangements.
