---In the name of the benevolent Father of all, I Isaiah Fuson of Champaign County, Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament.
---First, I wish all my just debts to be paid, after which I give and bequeath to my wife Nancy, all the remains of my estate both personal and real to have an to hold the same to her own proper use during her natural life; after her decease I give and bequeath to our three children and their heirs: namely Thomas Jefferson, Eliza Ann and Albert Reid Fuson all the remains of my said estate both personal and real. My son Thomas Jefferson has to be receipted for the sum of one hundred dollars for a horse which he has previously from me. I wish my other children to have a like sum whenever they may need it and for fair settlement my said three children or their heirs may share equally.
---Lastly, I hereby constitute and appoint my wife, Nancy, executrix and my son Thomas Jefferson Executor to this my last will and testiment.
---I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
---In testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of July, Eighteen hundred and sixty one.

---Isiah Fuson's will was filed for Probate Aug 8, 1861. Neither Nancy nor Thomas as nominated served as executor of the will. Isaiah's eldest son George, was appointed Administrator. One thousand dollard Bond was furnished by George with co-signers Simon Cuming and Solomon Wambaugh June 10, 1862 (Probate Court, Champaign Co., Ohio: No. (3-1191-1-page 181).
