Peacefully passed away at Alexander Place, Waterdown on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 in her 96th year. Winnie was predeceased by her parents Florence and George Pell, her sister Marjorie and her brother Gordon (Ruth). She is survived by her nieces Cheryl (Brian Duke), Wendy (Jack Kenny) and her nephews Gordon (Jodi) and Bradley (Nancy). She is also survived by 4 great-nieces and 5 great-nephews, also 4 great-great-nieces and 2 great-great-nephews. Winnie was the owner of the Dol-More Beauty Salon at Aberdeen and Dundurn, Hamilton for many years. Special thanks to the staff at Alexander Place for their compassionate care and support over the last few months.
Friends will be received at the KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St., N., Waterdown on Friday, January 28, from 10 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 11 a.m.
Interment Woodland Cemetery. Donations, if desired, may be made to The Friends of Alexander Place.
