James Grist McGee, 66, 2911 Favor Road in Marietta, died Friday.
Graveside services were to be held at 2 p.m. today at Milford Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Marlon H. Beaver officiating.
Mr. McGee was born in Kennesaw and had resided in Kennesaw all his life. He was a Baptist and retired in 1975 from Kraft Food Company, after 33 years.
Survivors include a brother, J.P. McGee, Jr., of Barberton, Ohio; and two nieces and one nephew.
Mayes ward Funeral home in Marietta is in charge of funeral arrangements.
