Mrs. Maggie Mae Carroll, 80, died Sunday morning at the residence of a daughter, Mrs. Junious Easterling of Hitchins.
Mrs. Carroll was born July 1, 1886, a daughter of the late Henry V. and Carrie (Trougott) Swint. She was a member of the United Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to Mrs. Easterling are another daughter, Mrs. Charles Bond of Jeriel; five sons, Mason Carroll, Ran Carroll, and Philip Carroll,
all of Grayson; Lawrence Carroll of Hitchins, and Edgar Carroll of Rush; 31 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
Services were conducted Tuesday at the Oak Grove Church of Christ with burial in the Easterling Cemetery on Stinson.
