Blondine Caldwell Smith, 91, of Rt. 1, Lexington, died Monday, September 21, 1992.
A native of Oglethorpe County, Mrs. Smith was a daughter of the late Robert Edward and Elizabeth Mattox Caldwell. She was a homemaker and a member of the Palmetto Christian Church. She was the widow of Charles Swift Smith.
Graveside services were at 2pm on Tuesday in the Caldwell Family Cemetery near Lexington. The Rev. Elmer Boggs officiated.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Smith, Carlton, and Lanier Smith, Newton, Ala.; a sister, Reba Caldwell, Lexington; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Hicks Funeral Home, Elberton was in charge of arrangements.
