Phelps Hand Jr.; mother of David Hand and Phelps Hand III, both at home; daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman H. Gregg of Manchester, Ga.; sister of Mrs. Grace Shippey, Mrs. Clara Eubanks and Herman H. Gregg, Jr. Friends may call at the S. H. Hines Co. Funeral Home, 2901 14th St. nw., after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday January 22 (parking facilities). Services at the above funeral home Thursday, January 24, at 10 a.m. Interment Parklawn Cemetery.
