Mrs. Kate Bennett Laster died at the family residence in this city on last Monday at 11:40. She was the wife of A.C. Laster and although she had been confined to her bed for sometime and her death was not wholly unexpected, it came so sudden that it was a distinct shock to her many friends to who she had endeared herself. She leaves a devoted husband and three children besides a large circle of friends who will sincerely mourn her loss.
