She was born Oct. 21, 1901 in Schuyler Co. near Industry, a daughter of Jess and Ada Mae (Wingo) Stoneking. She first married Herman Vogler in 1918; he preceded her in death. She later married Obie Willey, Feb 22, 1937 in Macomb. He survives.
Mrs. Willey was a homemaker and atteded the Gin Ridge School.
Surviving, besides her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. Adron (Florence) Akers of Plymouth; three sons, Jesse F. Vogler of Michigan City, Ind., and Richard and H. Glenn Vogler, both of Gales burg; a stepdaughter, Peggy Rodafer of Colorado; a brother, Benny Stoneking of East Moline; a sister, Elizabeth Frakes of Macomb; 17 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and seven stepgreat grandchildren.
Graveside services for Mrs. Willey were at 11 am Tuesday in St. Mary's Cemetery near Plymouth. The Rev. Earle Black officiated. Family visitation was held the previous evening at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Plymouth.
Memorials were designated to the Colchester Nursing Home.
