Mrs. Hamilton was born in Long Branch, W.Va. She came to Brevard County Florida in 1963 from Fairbanks, Alaska.
Mrs. Hamilton was a quality assurance film processing technician for McGregor Warner at Kennedy Space Center.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Rockledge.
Mrs. Hamilton enjoyed gardening and bowling.
Survivors include her daughter, Theresa Hamilton-Pena of Port St. John; sons, David Hamilton of Chuluota and Robert Hamilton of Jordan, Minn.; brothers, Bernard Bailey of Selma, Ala.; Harold Bailey of Elberton, Ga.; sisters, Lorena Kidd of Carlton, Ga., and Eva White of Miami; and two grandchildren.
