"Family visitation will be from 5:00pm to 6:00pm Sunday evening at Walker Funeral Home.
"Funeral services will be at 11:00am Monday, March 30, at Walker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kermit Sorrells and Dianne Cree officiating. Burial will follow at Coleman City Cemetery.

"She was born June 4, 1928 in Gouldbusk, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Patrick and Fannie Wilson Downey. She was married to the late Billy Bartley in Coleman on July 26, 1947. He preceded her in death in 2001. She was also preceded in death by brother and sister-in-law Glynn and Sing Downey and brother Malcolm Downey.
"Patsy was a homemaker and housewife, teacher's aide, member and organist of Trinity Methodist Church of Coleman for many years.
"Survivors include: four sons and daughters-in-law - Mickey and Alyce Bartley of Goldthwaite; Jimmy and Carolyn Bartley of Coleman; Rickey and Rachel Bartley of Mesa, Arizona; Rev. Dr. Tracey and Kay Bartley of Granbury, Texas; brother and sister-in-law - Sherwood and Jean Downey of Coleman; sister and brother-in-law - Doris and Bob Dehnel of San Angelo; sister-in-law - Zelma Downey of Coleman; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren."
