BEAUDOIN Thelma Beaudoin, age 80, died Sunday, January 22, 2006 at home in Reynoldsburg. She is preceded in death by her husband Glen in 1994, her father and mother Robert and Rose Phillips, sisters Rosemary, Roberta "Birdie" and Mary, brother Michael, and son-in-law Dwight "Ernie" Koziatek. Survived by children, Robert (Bernice) of Amherst, WI, Donald at home, Janet (John) Bauer of Pataskala, Kathleen Nole of Reynoldsburg, Carol Koziatek of Pataskala and Sharon (Dale) Montgomery of Toledo; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Colette Neinhaus and Carol Kiefer. She received the Jerry Walsh Courage Award from the Arthritis Foundation in Columbus. Thelma worked at ODC for over 20 years and while there she earned her BA in Library Science at the age of 69. Please come celebrate Thelma's life with her family. Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1051 Waggoner Road, Reynoldsburg. Father Daniel L. Ochs, Celebrant. Family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Avenue, Columbus. Private family inurnment. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Arthritis Foundation, 3740 Ridge Mill Drive, Hilliard, OH 43026 or charity of your choice in Thelma's memory.
