Betty B.Tanner our beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother, returned home to her Heavenly Father November 14, 2002. Born to Bessie Mae Allan Blackburn and Gordon Blackburn Dec 31, 1921 in Eureka, UT. Married to Harold Lee Tanner, Sr. Nov 16, 1940 later solemnized Salt Lake LDS temple; they had three children, Harold Lee Tanner, Jr., Denver, CO, Paul Lesley Tanner, who preceded her in death, and Sherrie Ann Tanner, Salt Lake City, UT; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Ira Blackburn of West Valley, UT, and Phillip Blackburn of Santa Clara, UT. Services will be Tues. Nov 19, 2002 10 a.m. Poplar Grove LDS Stake Center, 1401 W. 700 S. Friends may visit Mon. 6-8 p.m. Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, and Tues. 9-9:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens. "Jesus, the very thought of thee with sweetness fills my breast; But sweeter far thy face to see and in thy presence rest."
