Tonganoxie -- The funeral for Raymond O. Hunter, 63, Tonganoxie, who died today at Bethany Hospital in Kansas City, Kan., will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Tonganoxie Christian Church with the Rev. Richard Applegate in charge. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Hunter was born Sept. 14, 1910, in Williamstown and moved to Tonganoxie in 1945. He was the owner and operator of Hunter's Restaurant.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth, of the home; two sons, Raymond E. and Robert W., both of Tonganoxie; a sister, Elsie Hunter, Tonganoxie; four brothers, William A., Baldwin, Alfred L., 847 Rockledge, Lawrence; Allen F., Linwood and Charles E., Tonganoxie; and seven grandchildren.
Friends may call at Quisenberry Funeral Home after 3 p.m. Wednesday.
