Landrum, SC - Helen Bradley Champion, 74, of 716 Mountain View Road died August 17, 2006 at St. Luke's Hospital.
A native of Tryon, NC, she was the daughter of the late William Marion and Ruby Lee Phillips Bradley and widow of Russell Champion.

She was a member of Grace Baptist Church and a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Waytzel Martin Champion and wife Faye of Inman and Monte Neil Champion of the home; a daughter, Deborah Champion Crawford and husband William Charles Crawford of Monroeville, AL; five brothers, William Bradley of Landrum, Austin Bradley and Frank Bradley both of Tryon, Dean Bradley of Saluda and Charles Bradley of Inman; three sisters, Shirley Bradley of Tryon, Barbara Wilson of Sunny View and Kay Ravan of Columbus; five granddaughters, Kelli Mace and fiance Paulo Cardoso of Lyman, Stacy Dittemore and husband Lee of Inman, Courtney Duncan and husband Dwayne of Campobello, Beth Dunn and husband Johnny of Monroeville, AL and Crystal Crawford of Phoenix, AZ; and 10 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 3:00-4:00pm Sunday at Petty Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 4:00pm in the funeral home chapel conducted by Rev. John Parker.
Burial will follow at Peniel Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will be at the home.
