PHIPPS, Maxine R. age 80, of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully at home, Monday August 17, 2009. Maxine was born May 16, 1929 in Coalgood, Kentucky. She was retired from Inland, a division of General Motors, after 25 years of service. She was preceded in death by her loving husband William Fred Phipps of 50 years, her parents Lewis E. Richardson and Bertha (Harmon) Richardson, her two brothers Earl Richardson Jr. and Carl Richardson. She is survived by her Loving son Greg, granddaughter Amy, great grand-daughter Brittany, brother Tom (Carol) Richardson, sister Jean (Marty) Carter, special sister-in-law Darlene Richardson, numerous Loving nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank all the nurses and aids for their kindness and special care, also those in Vitas Innovative Hospice Care.
