Allan H. Crayne, 70, of 330 Third Street, Mather, died at 6 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, 1976 in the Pittsburgh Hospital, Pittsburg, after being ill for the past month.

Mr. Crayne was born May 9, 1906 at Jefferson, a son of the late Hallie and Elizabeth Myers Crayne.

He was a graduate of the Jefferson High School and the Rider College, Trenton, N. J., the class of 1926. He was a retired accountant from the Pickands Mather Company. He had been a lifetime resident of the Jefferson and Mather areas. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 153, Waynesburg, the Piuttsburgh Consistory and the Syria Shrine of Pittsburgh. He was also life member of the Elks Lodge 757, Waynesburg.

Surviving are his widow, Beatrice Filer Crayne of 330 Third Street, Mather, whom he married May 29, 1930; three sons, Jack Crayne of Penn Hills, Gary Crayne of Myersdale,and David Cryane of Erie; eight grandchildren; and two brothers, Hal Crayne of Fredericktown and L. Myers Crayne of Jefferson.

Three brothers, David, Hughes, and Jack, and a sister, Isabelle are deceased.
