MRS. HOWARD RAUGH

Mrs. Howard Raugh passed away at Mary Greeley hospital on Tuesday morning* following a long illness.

She was born Jessie K. Bowen at Iowa Center, Iowa, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Bowen. She was married at Maxwell and she and Mr. Raugh lived at Coon Rapids, Iowa, and Lincoln, Neb., until three years ago, when they moved to Ames, where they have since made their home.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Raugh is survived by four children, Lawrence B. Raugh of Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Truman D. Weller, Gross Ile, Mich.; Robert W. Raugh, Sp. (A)3/c, Naval Training School, College Station, Tex., and Mrs. Robert W. Duke, San Francisco, Calif., and four children.

She was a sister of Miss Esther Bowen of Ames, Mrs. D. C. Elder of Marshalltown and Miss Maude Bowen, Mrs. Edna Keltz and John and Glenn Bowen of Maxwell.

Funeral services were held this afternoon at two o'clock at the Adams funeral home with Dr. Barlow in charge. Burial was in the Nevada cemetery.
