Mrs. Parker was born in Florence County, a daughter of the late Ocie and Ellen Elizabeth Wilson Yarborough. She was a member of the Liberty Chapel United Methodist Church and the Woodmen of the World Marion Chapter.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by a sister, Joyce Gray.
Surviving are her husband, Mack G. Parker of Florence; four daughters, Jeannie (Roger) Bailey, Linda (Stan) Kenimer and Dawn (Bruce) Cook, all of Florence, and Teresa (John) Harmon of Simpsonville; a son, Andy (Cynthia) Parker of Pageland; two brothers, Jack (Sherry) Yarborough of McKeesport, Pa., and Willard (Annie) Yarborough of Coward; two sisters, Olive Kohler of Jacksonville, Fla., and Janet (Larry) Smith of Cassett; nine grandchildren, Casey Bailey of Florence, Joshua Harmon and Jacob Harmon, both of Simpsonville, Haley Kenimer of Florence, Zack Parker, Allie Parker and Peyton Parker, all of Pageland, and Matthew Cook and Rachel Cook, both of Florence.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, June 28, in the Liberty Chapel United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
