Arlene Waters Napier, 83 of Jesup, Ga. died Thursday, August 25, 2011 in Wayne Memorial Hospital after an extended illness. The Bacon County, Ga. native had lived in Wayne County, Ga. most of her life, was a member of Altamaha Baptist Church, a homemaker, and loved to garden and crotchet. she was the widow of Theron George Napier and was also predeceased by three brothers, Clifford "Buck" Napier, Jack, and Robert Waters; a sister, Claudine Waters North; and a son-in-law, Earl Moseley.

Survivors are a daughter, Linda Moseley of Jesup, Ga,; two grandsons, Kevin Moseley, Kell (Teresa) Moseley; three great grandchildren, miles Moseley, Blake Moseley, and Brayden Moseley, all of Jesup, Ga. three, Barbara Maxine Waters Davis of Jacksonville, Fla., Jeanelle Waters Taylor and Diane (James) Waters Nail, both of Alma, Ga.; a brother-in-law, Roger North of Maxville, Fla.; two sisters-in-law, Helen Waters of Blairsville, Ga. and Francis Waters of Alma, Ga.; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Sunday, August 28, 2011 at Rinehart and Sons Chapel with Rev. Jack Lee and Dewitt Teston officiating'

Interment will be in the Atamaha Baptist Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be family.

Visitation will be 4 to 6 P.M. Saturday, August 27, 2011 at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Altamaha Baptist Church Building Fund, 6622 Oglethorpe Road, Jesup, Ga. 31545.
