Donald Lewis Smith, 62, formerly of Fort Scott, died Friday at Wichita. He attended the Fort Scott schools and graduated from the Fort Scott High School. Mr. Smith was data processor for Cessna Aircraft Co., Wichita, where he had lived since 1945.
Survivors include his wife, Lila, of the home, three sons, Donald R. Smith of Belle Plaine, Kan., Jerry Smith of Wichita and James Smith of Atlanta, Ga., one daughter, Carol Pavey of Wichita, his mother, Faye Smith, of Fort Scott, four brothers, Neil Smith of Fort Scott, Harold Smith of Denver, Colo., Bill Smith of Fort Worth, Texas, and Gary Smith of Austin, Texas, three sisters, Rosalie Cox of Fort Scott, Joyce Johnson of El Paso, Texas, and Janice Pent of Fulton, and nine grandchildren.
Services were held Monday at the Devorss Mortuary, Wichita. Burial was in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Wichita.
