Fidelis R. Ross Good, 91, formerly of Irwin, died Thursday, July 18, 2002, in the Concordia Lutheran Ministries. She was born Dec. 13, 1910, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Samuel and Agnes Weber Ross. Prior to her retirement, she was a school teacher for Manor Elementary School, Hempfield School District, Norwin School District, teaching second grade at Scull School for 20 years, Penn Township High School, now Penn Trafford and Paintertown Elementary. Fidelis was a 1932 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of arts degree in education and a 1935 graduate with Master in Letters. She was a member of the Church of Immaculate Conception of Irwin, the Golden Echoes, a charter member of the Irwin Woman's Club, Irwin Library Association and Friends of the Library, Westmoreland College Club of Greensburg and the Pennsylvania State Education Association. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry W. Good: and brother William Ross. Surviving is a daughter, Mary Agnes McKay and her husband, James William of Butler: two grandchildren, Timothy McKay and his wife, Angela, and Joanthan McKay; and a sister, Kathrine Fox of Greensburg. Friends will be received at the JOSEPH F. OTT FUNERAL HOME INC., 504 Oak St. Irwin, Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in the Church of Immaculate Conception, Irwin. Interment will follow in the Denmark Manor Cemetery, Penn Township. Family suggests memorial contributions to the H.W.
