Rita was born to Oliver and Lillian Hemphill Draher. She married George Fistler in Tampa, Fla., Aug. 19, 1952. He preceded her in death on Nov. 4, 2007.
She is also preceded in death by her parents, seven sisters and one brother.
She is survived by her sons, Richard and David; brother, George (Colleen) Draher; and sister, Mary Janke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
