80 years old Wife "Scotland" on the bottom of stone She was christened 1 on 1 Aug 1778 in Inverness, Inverness, Scotland. She married Alexander MURCHISON about 1801 in Scotland. Barbara immigrated in 1805. She had the following children: Margaret MURCHISON, George S MURCHISON, Jane MURCHISON, Lucy Ann MURCHISON, William R. MURCHISON. "August 3 1861 Newspaper Carleton Sentinel" d. At her residence, Perth (Victoria Co.), 18th July, Barbara murchison widow of Alexander murchison, age 80, native of Inverness, Scotland and d/o Daniel MACKETCHE of that place.
