MILDRED ELLIOTT
Mildred Elliott, 75, Fulton and formerly of Macon, died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 1997, at the Callaway Community Hospital.
She was born Feb. 13, 1921, in Fort Scott, the daughter of Burt and Leona Taylor Moore. She married Charles Elliott on Jan. 1, 1944, in Monroe, La. He survives at the home.
Before moving to Fulton, Mo., from Macon in 1992, Mrs. Elliott served as the city chairman for the American Cancer Drive for 10 years and was co-president of the State Square and Round Dance Association in 1976.
Mrs. Elliott is also survived by two sons, Bob Elliott and Roger Lee Elliott, both of New Bloomfield, Mo.; one grandson, Jordan Elliott, and one granddaughter, Bethany Elliott. She was preceded in death by one brother.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25, 1997, at the Debo Funeral Home in Fulton, Mo., with the Rev. Don Rooks officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to the time of service on Saturday.
