Carolyn Kitchens Tracy, 77, of Chattanooga, TN died Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at Health Center at Standifer Place.
Born on November 21, 1933, in Jones County, Ga., Mrs. Tracy was a daughter of the late John and Pauline Kitchens.
She graduated from A.L. Miller High School in Macon, Ga., and was a member of Cross Keys Baptist Church.
She formerly worked at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, and was a real estate agent.
Surviving is a twin sister, Marilyn (Jim) Leach, of Macon; stepsister, Ethlyn Banks of Macon; a niece, Lauren Leach (fiance, Mario Leblanc), of Columbia, S.C.; and her beloved cat, Callie, of Macon.She was preceded in death by a brother, Everett Kitchens; and a sister, Eloise Kitchens.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hamilton Memorial Gardens in Hixson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Chattanooga Humane Society or the Heart of Georgia Humane Society in Macon.
Chattanooga Funeral Home, East Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
