Brocopp Boy Dies Of Sudden Illness
Herman Bennett Brocopp, two and one-half years old, son of Captain and Mrs. Herman A. Brocopp, 1001 Twelfth St., died in a local hospital about 9:30 o'clock Wednesday morning.
Death was caused by infectious diarrhea.
The boy became ill about 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon and failed rapidly until his death.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Trinity Lutheran church at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon, with Rev. O. S. Rindahl, officiating. Burial will be made in St. Mary's cemetery.
The boy was born April 19, 1929. He leaves his parents and a sister, Joan.
Dr. P. L. Owens, who attended the boy, said that infectious diarrhea is of more serious proportions this year than last in Bismarck. He said the disease ordinarily is common at this season and urged precautions against it.
