Mrs. Padget of Marinette Dies

Mrs. Walter Padget, 74, of 1505 Grant st, Marinette, died Tuesday morning at the Peshtigo Convalescent Home where she had benn a patient for several months.
The former Alvina Panske was born in the Town of Wagner, July 7, 1888. She married Mr Padget at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Walsh on Oct 31, 1959.
He survives along with 5 brothers, Otto, John and Bernard Panske of the town of Wagner, Wilbert of Porterfield and Albert of Wautoma.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 9, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church at Walsh with Rev. Kenneth Rodgers officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The parish rosary will be recited Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Harper funeral home. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2p.m. Friday until time of services Saturday morning.

Alvina and husband John had no children of there own. They did bring up Leo and his sister Vivian Meyers soon after the death of their mother, Virginia (Gokey) Meyers in 1916.
