He is survived by four sons, John, William, Joseph and Michael; three daughters Susan Lafontaine, Joan Jensen and Cynthia Fuqua; sister Viola Rutherford; brother Eugene. He was preceded in death by his wife on Sept 9. 1985; his parents; and eight brothers and sisters
