Eva Lou Davis, 76 of 523 Cherry St. died in Macon Tuesday after an extended illness. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park. The Rev. Vaughn Foster will officiate.
Mrs. Davis, a native of Bleckley County, had lived in Macon for 38 years. She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Marie Dixon, Nita Taylor, and Batty Pinholster, all of Macon; a brother, Bill Howell of Carey; five sisters, Maude Barlow, Audrey Southers, and Sara Hamrick, all of Macon, and Lois Rozier and Rosa Allen, both of Danville; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
