Elizabeth was from Ireland, according to the transcription. Also, in the book of Chester County Marriages, there is an Elizabeth Morton listed as the wife of a Nicholas Mays in the "implied" marriages part, and it says they married in Ireland. Does it mean Nicholas didn't make the trip and Elizabeth was a widow? Not sure. We know nothing more than that, so don't take it as the gospel. All we know is that she is buried in the same 10 square foot plot as John Kell, Jane (Morton) Kell, Margaret Morton and Thomas Morton. Also, Elizabeth has been recorded many times as having the maiden name Morton.
