She was a retired technical writer for E-Systems. She loved and trained horses and loved to square dance. Frances Dell White,75,of Terrell,formaly of Greenville,passed away September 18th,2011,at M.D.Anderson Hospital in Houston. Services will be held at 10:00a.m.Thursday at Park Street Baptist Church with Rev.Royce Litchfield officiating. Burial will be at Caney Cemetery. Visitation is from 6 to 8p.m. today, September 22nd,2011 at Mathews Funeral Home. Born November 27,1935,in Hunt County,Frances was the daughter of Lester and Ellen(Boydston)White. She was a retired technical writer from E-Systems. Frances loved life and fought a courageous battle during a lengthy illness that took her life. Survivors include the Love of her life John Henderson of Terrell;daughters Cindy Melis of Lancaster and Brenda Shollenberger of Duncanville; brothers Thurman White and Gary White; sisters Jean Green and Donnie Sikes, both of Greenville; grand-children Brandon Jennings of Springfield,Va.,Brett Jennings of Farmers Branch, Amber Stiller of St. Paul, Minn., and Neil,Chad and Lara Evans;great-grand-children William and Nathaniel Jennings and Hannah,Emily Grace,and Morgan Evans;and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents;two grandsons,Brent and Cody Jennings;and four sisters,Valeriee Weatherly,Bonnita Willis,Elizabeth White and Joyce White. The family requests memorials be made to M.D. Anderson Hospital of Houston and Baylor Unuiversity Medical Center in Dallas.
