Randolph was a draftsman by trade.
He is survived by his brother, Mike Scott; step-brother, John J. Reynolds; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Frances Scott.
Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Sperry.
