1. Pay all my debts and funeral expenses.
2. To my daughter EFFIE GRIFFEY, a promissory note given to me for $600 and payable to Citizens Bank in Newport, Indiana.
3. To my beloved wife ROSE BUTCHER, in lieu of her rights by law, all income, rents, and profits from my real estate and personal property necessary for her support, and in no case less than 1/2 of the income during her natural life, including cost of giving her a decent burial.
4. To my grandson HOMER L. SCHRADER, subject to the life estate of my wife, all property, except the bequest given to my daughter EFFIE GRIFFEY.
5. I request a monument to be erected at my grave for not more than $200.
6. I request that my grandson HOMER L. SCHRADER be kind to his sister BELVA SCHRADER, and give her financial aid whenever she shall need assistance.
7. I appoint HOMER L. SCHRADER Executor.
