RITES THURSDAY FOR MRS. EDNA PRUSS

Mrs. Edna Pruss was born in Howard County Jan 13, 1890 and passed away at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Maciejewski in Ashton, March 22, at the age of 53 years. Her husband, Stanley Pruss preceded her in death by 20 years.
Mrs. Pruss spent the last six weeks of her illness at the home of her parents. She is survived by two daughters, Miss Delores Pruss of Grand Island, and Sister Lucelia of St. Joseph, Mo; one son, Gregory in the army stationed some place overseas; her parents and five sisters, Theresa and Agnes Maciejewski of Chicago, Mary Maciejewski of Ashton, Mrs. Nellie Pray of Loup City, Mrs. Emily Kargus of Detroit; five brothers Ed in South Dakota, Lonnie and Louie of Loup City, Edmond and Gregory of Ashton.
Rosary was recited at eight on Wednesday evening.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, 10 a.m. March 25 at St. Josaphat Catholic Church with Rev. Leonard Ziolkowski officiating. Burial will be made in the Catholic cemetery.
