Interment was in Rosehill cemetery. Mr. Lederer was senior partner in the law firm of Lederer, Livingston, Kahn and Adsit. He was a 32nd degree Mason, a member of the Shrine and the Standard club. Surviving are his widow, Florence; a son, Philip Charles, two sisters, Mrs. Fanny Weiss and Mrs. Ray Blum, and three grandchildren, Charles Michael, Peter Philip and John Morton Lederer.
