DIES OF BLOOD POISON FOLLOWING A WOUND
Jesse Lawrence, a middle aged resident of Fleming County Ky, who was brought to St. Joseph's Hospital Friday afternoon for treatment, following his being shot in the knee Thursday afternoon at his home, died at the hospital about 9 O'clock Friday night from blood poisoning.
FLEMING COUNTY MAN DIES OF BLOOD POISON FROM WOUND
As the result of blood poison which set in after he had been shot in the knee about 4 o'lock Thursday after noon, Jesse Lawrence of Fleming County Ky about middle age, died at St Joseph's Hospital Friday night at 9 o'lock after begging at that institution only a few hours. After the shooting, A details at which are not known here was decided by the attending phyaicians at the best thing to do to save there patientes life would be to bring him here for treatment. He was brought here Friday afternoon but during the trip this condition grew worse.
His certificate of death
died of shock-- following gunshot wound of right knee
Jessie was single age 21 years 8 months and 9 days
