EBEL--Mrs. Josephine Marion Ebel was born Aug. 13, 1874, in Mercer County, Mo. Death came peacefully at the home of her son near Mount Vernon, Jan 29, 1952. Sister Ebel is survived by her husband Jacob C. Ebel; two sons, Vernon of Mount Vernon, Wash., with whom she resided, and Menton of Madras, Ore.; three daughters, Mrs. Ethel Pauli and Mrs Bernice Topham of Burlington, Mrs. Gladys Churchill of Auburn; 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; three brothers and three sisters. Early in life Sister Ebel was baptized into the Seventh-day Adventist Churc and remained fathful until death.
