Charles B. Epperson died at the home of his mother in Bear Valley, April 24th, aged 38 years. He was born in Coles county, Illinois, but most of his life has been spent in Colusa county. He has been a great sufferer for several years from a disease that baffled the entire medical fraternity and death came to him as a welcome messenger.
Before his sickness he was regarded as a bright young man, of strict integrity, who occupied a high moral plane. He leaves a devoted wife who has stood by his bedside for years.
