CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Ronald L. Kendall, 66, of 418 Black Ave., died Sunday, June 29, 2008, at Chambersburg Hospital.
Born March 21, 1942, in Pine Grove, W.Va., he was the son of the late Glen G. and Blanche Jackson Kendall.
He was preceded in death by two wives, Janet Abrams Kendall and Peggy Hughes Kendall
He worked for various local construction companies.
He was of the Protestant faith.
He is survived by one son, Roger Kendall of Lancaster, Pa.; three sisters, Wilma Sipes and Naomi Androchek, both of Chambersburg, and Dixie Hoover of Hustontown, Pa.; two brothers, Jackie Kendall of St. Thomas, Pa., and John Kendall of Chambersburg; three grandchildren; and one stepgranddaughter.
He was preceded in death by one son, Timothy Kendall; and four brothers, Wilbert, Jerry, Stanley and Donald Kendall.
Services will be Thursday at 11a.m. at Lininger-Fries Funeral Home Inc. in Mercersburg, Pa. The Rev. Robert H. Stone will officiate. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, Lemasters, Pa.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
