Born to Sarah Ann Money and Arthur George Pledger. Married Lue Herrick Brinkerhoff on Feb 21, 1942 and was later sealed in the Logan Temple. Lue died on Nove 2, 2002.

Donna earned her teaching certificate early in life and taught elementary school in many of the small towns in Kane County, including Alton, Glendale, Ordervill and Kanab. She finished her teaching career at Valley Elementary after they combined all the small town schools. She completed a bachelor's degreee in Education at SUU during that time.

She enjoyed yard work especially her beautiful flowers. She loved traveling around the country with Lue, sometimes going from glendale to northern Utat to Las Vegas and back to Glendale in one trip on a whim.

As an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints, she served faithfully in many callings. She and Lue served a mission to Adam-ondi-Ahman and also served several years as a temple worker in the St.George Temple. She loved spending time with her family.

Survivers include children Jim, Ken and MeriAnn; siblings Glenna, Meriam, Art and Richard plus son-in-law Bill Spencer, daughter-in-law Bonnie Brinkerhoff; 23 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren and four great great grandchildren with another on the way.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lue, siblings Bob and Helen and a grand-daughter.

Funeral services held Oct 15 at Glendale LDS Church. Arrangements made with Mosdell Mortuary of Kanab.
