Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Collier-Butler Funeral Home for Elizabeth Kastell, 92, hometown of Gadsden, who passed away Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011. The Revs. Steve Eubanks and Boyd Bailey will officiate with burial at Crestwood Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral Home directing.
She was preceded in death by three brothers.
She is survived by her daughters, Becky, Anita and Kitty; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Marell and Thomas; and sister, Patricia.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Eddie, Cliff, Marty, Jimmy, Mitch and Tim. Honorary pallbearers will be Marell, Tommy, Boyd and Thomas.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
