Mrs. John Fettig Rites Saturday
Services for Mrs. John Fettig, 74, who died last night at her farm home on E. Mitchell rd., will be Saturday at 10 a.m. from St. Francis Xavier church.
Mrs. Fettig was born Feb. 8, 1881 in Emmet county and lived here all her life. She was married to John D. Fettig April 19, 1902 in Petoskey. Her maiden name was Kunie Hoffman. Mr. Fettig died in 1950.
She was a member of the St. Francis Altar Society and the St. Francis church.
Surviving are eight children: six sons, Donald, Louis, Albean, Lawrence, James, all of Petoskey and Leonard of Cadillac; two daughters, Miss Elsie Fettig of Petoskey and Mrs. Grace Wilhelm of Petoskey; 24 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
the body will be at the home on East Mitchell rd., where friends may call after this afternoon. The Rosary will be said at the home Friday at 8 p.m.. burial will be in St. Francis cemetery.
