Alonzo Cramton, pioneer citizen of Tittabawassee Township, died at his home in Freeland Thursday. He was born in Lapeer county November 21, 1839, and later moved to Freeland where he spent the rest of his life. He leaves one son, Orie Cramton, Grayling; two daughters, Emma Cramton, freeland, and Mrs. John H. Crannell, Saginaw; one brother, D. B. Cramton, and one sister Mrs. Jack Chamberlain, Laporte, Mich. The funeral will take place Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock from Mrs. Johnson's undertaking rooms, Freeland. Rev. Wright will officiate and burial will be in the West Side cemetery.
