Albert and Sophrona, were the parents of 5 children: Emma Jane, Charles H., George D., Eldora M. and Abby P.
He is listed on the 1863 draft registration, Class 3, Congressional District 3, from Stockbridge, Michigan.
Albert married, as his second wife, Lucy A. Hall Wilson, on 11 October, 1869, Ingham, Stockbridge, Michigan. Sophrona died 24 May, 1868. Lucy was the widow of Albert's brother Calvin Wilson, who died 3 September, 1862, in the Civil War.
Alfred and Lucy were the parents of Nettie Jane, who died in 1874, age 3 years.
His death records states he was the father of 6, 3 of whom were still living at his death.
Per his death certificate, from Stockbridge, Ingham, Michigan, he was buried at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Stockbridge, on 27 March, 1902, by L. M. Milner, undertaker, Stockbridge.
He was listed as a farmer, widowed, at the time of his death.
