Hamlin - Jeanne Ayotte, 85, died June 13, 1997, at a Caribou hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Hamlin, Aug. 29, 1911, the daughter of Theodore and Julie (Poitras) Langlais. She attended local schools and was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School.
She is survived by 4 sons, Howard and Rodney of Hamlin, Vaughn & Geraldine of Grand Falls, N.B., and Arnold & Kathy of Andover, Conn.; daughter Noreen & Richard Call of York, PA; sisters, Harriet Mutty of Van Buren and Evelyn Crock of CT; 19 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Adelard Ayotte, in 1962. (Bangor Daily News 6/14/1997)
